1. 30 day return policy. You may return or exchange an unused item within 30 days of delivery.
2. Prepaid shipping label. To start a return, please contact us at info@stonestepsfarm.com so that we can send you a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Issuance of refund. We will notify you once we’ve received your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@stonestepsfarm.com.
3. Damages and issues. If your item was damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, please reach out to info@stonestepsfarm so we can make things right!
4. Exceptions/non-returnable items. We cannot accept returns for personal care items (soap). If you are not completely satisfied with your soap, we want to hear from you! Your feedback is important to us, and we'd like the chance to win you over by sending you a bar with a different fragrance or formulation.
